Cookie policy

No cookie is set when you simply browse the site. You can go through
the catalogue, the course pages, the sessions and the frequently asked
questions without a single cookie being written to your device.
The site uses **no advertising cookie, no third-party tracker and no
external analytics**. No information about you is passed to a third-party
service for tracking or statistics.

Three items only, all necessary for the site to work.
The session cookie. Written only when you log in to your personal area
or to the administration. It keeps you signed in from one page to the next.
Without it you would be logged out at every click. It expires when the
session closes, and at the latest after two hours of inactivity.
The security token. Paired with the previous one, it protects forms
against submissions forged from another site. It is what stops a third
party from making you perform an action without your knowledge.
Your choice about the cookie banner. It is kept in your browser's local
storage — it is not a cookie and it is never sent to our servers. Its only
purpose is to avoid showing you the banner on every visit.

Consent is required only for cookies that are not necessary to the service:
advertising, analytics, personalisation.
The site sets none of those. The three items above are indispensable to the
service you are asking for — logging in, staying logged in, submitting a
form securely. They allow neither tracking you from one site to another,
nor building a profile.
The banner shown on your first visit is informative. It tells you the
above; it does not ask you for permission we do not need.

You can erase cookies and site data at any time from your browser settings.
️ Refusing the session cookie makes logging in impossible: you will be
able to browse the site, but not to reach your personal area or upload your
documents. That is not a choice of ours, it is how an authenticated session
works.

Adding analytics, or any tool that sets a non-essential cookie, would mean
updating this page and putting up a genuine consent banner, where
refusing is as easy as agreeing.
