Conditions of validation and certification

This document sets out what the Academy assesses, how it does so, and what
the documents it issues are worth. It applies to every course delivered by
PRIMA LAB ACADEMY, whether in an open session or one commissioned by an
institution.
It is brought to the participant's attention before enrolment and repeated
at the start of every session.

The Academy issues two distinct documents, which should not be confused.
The training certificate covers one workshop. It is issued to a
participant who has attended and validated that workshop. It is available
to download from their personal area as soon as it is issued.
The certificate of qualification covers a complete pathway. It is
not downloadable: it is produced by the Academy and handed over in printed
form, in person or as otherwise agreed. The holder's personal area
indicates that it has been earned and is available.
This difference is deliberate. A certificate of qualification commits the
Academy further than a workshop certificate does; handing it over in person
is the counterpart of that commitment.

A workshop is validated once the following three conditions are met.
Attendance. The participant must have attended at least :assiduite
of the training time. Attendance is recorded by half-day and signed on the
attendance sheet. An absence, even a justified one, reduces the effective
practice time: it counts.
Knowledge assessment. A post-test is set at the end of the workshop.
The minimum mark required is :note.
Practical assessment. The trainer appraises how the procedures are
performed in real conditions. This assessment is either achieved or not
achieved; it cannot be offset by the post-test mark.
These three conditions are cumulative. Passing the post-test does not make
up for a practical assessment that has not been achieved: the Academy
trains people in procedures, and it is the procedure that it certifies.

The certificate of qualification for a pathway is issued when
:ateliers_requis.
Bonus workshops, where a pathway includes them, are offered to those who
subscribe to the complete pathway. They are not a condition of obtaining
the certificate.

Every document issued carries a unique number, in the form
ATT-AAAA-NNNNNN for a training certificate and CERT-AAAA-NNNNNN for a
certificate of qualification. This number appears at the foot of the
document.
Anyone — an employer, an institution, an organisation — can verify a
document's authenticity at https://primaacademy.org/fr/verifier, with no
account and no formalities.
The response gives only the holder's name, the type of document, the course
concerned and the date of issue. No other information is disclosed:
no contact details, no marks, no employer.
Where a number matches no document, the response is the same whatever
number was entered: nothing can be inferred from an attempt.
A document revoked by the Academy is flagged as such. It can no longer be
presented as valid.

A participant who does not validate a workshop is told so, with the reason.
They may take that workshop again in a later session. The pricing
arrangements for this further attendance are set by the Academy case by
case; they take account of the circumstances of the non-validation.
A participant who disputes an assessment has thirty days from notification
to refer the matter in writing to the teaching management, at
contact@primaacademy.org. The request is examined and a reasoned reply is
sent to them.

The documents issued by PRIMA LAB ACADEMY certify that a course has been
attended and that the intended skills have been assessed and acquired under
the conditions described above.
They are not a state diploma, nor an authorisation to practise, nor a
regulatory licence. They do not replace the qualifications required by law
to practise a health profession.
**This training strengthens skills and employability, without being an
automatic promise of recruitment.**

The Academy may amend these conditions. The conditions applying to a
participant are those in force on the date of their enrolment; their
version and effective date appear at the top of this document.
