Laboratory performance
Enable participants to assess the overall performance of a laboratory, identify its strengths, shortcomings and their causes, and then set improvement priorities that balance quality of results, patient satisfaction, operational efficiency, resource control and economic viability.
Participants learn to weigh the clinical, operational, human and financial dimensions of performance against one another, and then to choose realistic levers for improvement.
