Workshop objectives

A deeper look at quality, documentation, patient identification safety, traceability, prevention of pre-analytical errors and incident handling. Participants learn to work with quality documents and to take responsibility for their practice. Day 3: practical work only.

Understand that the collection station is a critical point in the pre-analytical process, identify the quality requirements that apply to it, and master the fundamentals of documentation and data recording at collection.
